Service & budget
Access is prepaid via an annual budget wallet. You top up as needed; usage burns the balance over time. All prices are including BTW.
Payments & transaction costs
Manual top-ups under €45 include €1 transaction costs. Payments of €45 or more have no surcharge. When you enable automatic collection (mandate), the €1 surcharge is waived on those charges.
Invoices
Each payment is invoiced. Service access follows your budget balance after payment is received.
No refunds
Top-ups and prepaid budget amounts are non-refundable. There is no right to a refund of unused balance.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
